The International Sealing Conference is one of the leading international expert conferences in sealing technology. It opens on 29 September with a lab tour at the IMA, followed by two conference days at the Filderhalle in Leinfelden-Echterdingen. We will show the Surface / Lead Inspector live – for the first time with its new measurement software.

Just in time for the International Sealing Conference, we are releasing the completely redeveloped control and evaluation software for the Surface / Lead Inspector. Improved user guidance and intuitive one-click control take you straight from positioning to measurement. It also adds an interactive 3D surface view and automated execution of measurement recipes – ideal for recurring inspection tasks close to production.

Shaft lead pumps oil past the seal without leaving any visible trace on the shaft. In a joint technical article with our partner Heliotis (in German) we show how the Surface / Lead Inspector reveals these structures with the heliInspect H8 3D sensor and evaluates them to FVA guideline 975 I.
